We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on any of our products due to hygiene and health risks associated with reuse. To ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition, we ship them in the safest manner possible. However, if any of our products become damaged during shipping, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible.
If your item or package has been damaged, faulty, or in any other way defective, you must notify the company via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within three days (24 hours for disposables) of purchase to claim a successful exchange. Email the image and video of the faulty product. (Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable. In addition, the client will pay all the additional shipping charges – 250).
