USERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18
Customers under the legal smoking age cannot purchase products from our website because we do not serve them. It is also illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to use our website, including to make purchases and provide personal information. We will cancel any orders for individuals under the age of 18 that we receive.
We will delete any personal information we learn to have collected or received from a user under the age of 18. If you believe we might have any information about a user under 18, please contact us at email@example.com.
ORDER CONFIRMATION PROCESS
According to the courier’s policy, the order processing time is three to five business days.
You will receive the following calls, emails, and messages after placing an order:
- Request Putting Email and Message On Your Telephone Number.
- Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday only), you will receive an order confirmation call, message, or email.
- Tracking ID messages will be sent to your phone number after the delivery.
- If you don’t answer the confirmation call, you’ll get a message that you’re on hold.
Note: After placing an order, the availability of the products will be confirmed by phone or SMS. If a customer does not answer the phone once, we will call them twice on the same day. If they do not answer, we will call them again the next day. After that, we will put your order on hold and send you a message explaining why it is on hold.
On Saturday and Sunday, no orders will be shipped.
